Executive Board

The Executive Board is the team responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Trees4Adapt project. It brings together the project’s leadership, including the coordinator, work package leaders, and other key members. This group meets regularly to ensure the project stays on track, activities run smoothly, and any challenges are addressed quickly. The Executive Board also helps prepare the full project meetings, where all partners come together to share progress and plan next steps. In short, this board keeps the project organised and moving forward.
