WP6: Coordination

In Work Package 6 (WP6), Trees4Adapt provides the coordination, governance, and administrative backbone of the project. Led by the project coordinator (Luke), WP6 ensures that all partners work effectively together, that activities progress according to plan, and that potential issues with the project are identified and addressed early. It oversees internal communication, reporting to the European Commission, quality assurance, ethical compliance, and financial and contractual management.

WP6 also manages project-wide processes such as the project consortium, the Executive Board, the Stakeholder Board, and conflict resolution procedures. It helps ensure that the consortium operates smoothly and delivers high-quality outputs across all work packages by maintaining clear structures and efficient workflows.

A key component of WP6 is the project’s Data Management Plan, which guarantees that research outputs follow open science and FAIR principles. This strengthens transparency and supports the long-term usability of Trees4Adapt’s datasets and models.
